Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide within Kenya via trusted couriers and rider networks.
You can also choose store pickup from our physical shop at the address above (where applicable).

International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Same-day processing for all fully confirmed and paid orders placed by 3:00 pm (EAT).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EAT) are processed the next day.

We generally operate every day, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, including weekends and most holidays. If there is a change in schedule during special holidays, we will communicate on our website or social pages.

Delivery Speeds (Estimated)

  • Nairobi & surrounding areas: Same day (if ordered by 3:00 pm) or next day.

  • Other towns in Kenya: Typically next day.

  • Remote/outlying locations: Usually 1–2 days, depending on courier routing.

These are estimates. Severe weather, peak seasons, security issues, or rare courier disruptions may cause short delays. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you by phone or email.

Delivery Fee (Flat Rate)

  • KSh 500 per order, nationwide within Kenya.

  • Store pickup at Funzone Toys ventures shop at (Royal Palms Mall, Wing B Third Floor, Shop BS35, Nairobi Kenya) is free.

The delivery fee is clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
We do not charge additional hidden handling or packaging fees.

Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive SMS and/or email with your tracking number and/or rider details (where applicable).

  • Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.

For same-day Nairobi deliveries, you may be contacted directly by the rider or dispatch team to coordinate drop-off.

Delivery Window & Attempts

  • Deliveries occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

  • If the courier is unable to reach you at the provided address or phone number, a redelivery may be arranged, or you may be asked to collect from a designated pickup point, depending on the courier’s policy.

Please ensure:

  • Your phone is on and reachable.

  • You provide a clear address, nearby landmark, and correct town/estate details at checkout.

Address Types We Don’t Serve

We cannot deliver directly to:

  • P.O. Boxes addresses 

  • Unclear or unpinned locations without a reachable phone contact

If your address is hard to find, please provide:

  • A recognizable landmark, building name, or shop name, and

  • An active phone number so the rider or courier can coordinate delivery.

How We Calculate Your Estimated Arrival

Estimated arrival date = Processing time (based on 3:00 pm cut-off) + Delivery time (based on your town).
