All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If a pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel any affected order and refund any amounts paid.

Prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

6) Orders & Payment

An order is an offer to purchase selected items. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors. Order acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch/shipping confirmation.

We accept payments via M-Pesa and cards (VISA & MASTERCARD). You must be authorized to use the chosen payment method.

7) Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within Kenya using trusted couriers and rider networks.

• Nairobi County: Typically same day or next day.
• Other counties: Typically next day.
• Remote areas: Usually 0–2 days depending on courier routing.

Orders placed before 3 pm are typically processed the same day. Delivery occurs between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

8) Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title transfers once payment is received in full.

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility, timeframes, and procedures.
